Jeffery Dean Bowman passed away on Sunday, October 16, 2016.

Born in Wisconsin, Jeff grew up in Jefferson County, Missouri (just south of St. Louis) with his parents, C. Dean and Linda L. Bowman and his family. He graduated in 1987 from Twin City Christian Academy in Festus, MO and went on to Vatterott College where he got his Associates in the electrical field. A self-made man, Jeff owned his own business for around 20 years -JMS Electic, and he worked on both residential and commercial projects.

He met the love of his life, Lynisse Hennessey at his church, Berean Missionary Baptist Church and they got married in 1990. 11 months later, they gave birth to their first son Shane, who was followed by 4 other boys, Stephen, Samuel, Seth and Spencer. Jeff and Lynisse couldn’t have been prouder of how all their boys turned out, despite their dad’s constant teasing, which was only his way of showing he cared.

Jeff had many hobbies and was constantly picking up new hobbies with varying levels of devotion. He had a restored Dodge Charger that he raced and was into Nascar. He also went boating, fishing, and sometimes hunting, and took his family with him whenever he could get out of the house.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Lynnise Bowman; his wonderful children, Shane Bowman, Stephen (wife Samantha) Bowman, Samuel Bowman, Seth Bowman and Spencer Bowman; his grandkids, Aiden and Trenton; his parents C. Dean Bowman and Linda L. Bowman; his sister, Jennifer (husband Scott) O’Harver and brother Jason Bowman; nieces and nephews, cousins, other relatives, his best bud Alan Pashia and countless other friends.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, October 22nd, 2016 from noon to 2:00 pm at St. Louis Cremation, 2135 Chouteau Ave., St. Louis, MO 63103.
