Jeffrey L. Hoke

Jeffrey Leigh Hoke, 59 years young, died on November 6, 2023.  Born in St. Charles, MO, raised in Lake St. Louis, MO, and attended Wentzville High School.  Jeff leaves behind his childhood sweetheart and wife, Connie (Longan) Hoke.  One son Bradley Hoke, wife Brittany, grandchildren, Layla, Ysabelle, and Cole.  His mother, Beverly (Stambaugh) Hoke and sister, Pam Smalley, husband Don.  His mother-in-law, Betty Longan-Thompson and Sister -in-law Karen Haley, husband Dan.  Three nephews, David Haley and fiancé Josie Rust, Chad Haley and wife Connie, and Travis Smalley and wife Erica.  Many great nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and other relatives and friends.  Jeff was preceded in death by his father, Don Hoke, brother, Dennis, and father-in-law Al Longan.

Jeff had many occupational talents:  hauling concrete, driving wreckers, hauling waste, and the most recent was driving a dump truck for TKR Enterprises.

His greatest love outside the love for his family and friends, was his Harley.  He has ridden on two wheels the majority of his life, when he kept both wheels on the ground.  For fun, he also acquired interest in three-wheels, with his Slingshot, the closest color of orange to Harley’s orange that he was able to get.

There has been a GoFundMe page set up for donations to the family in lieu of flowers to assist with medical costs, cremation expenses, and loss of income, as there was no life insurance.

There will be a Celebration of Life and ride in the Spring or Summer of 2024.

You are in our thoughts and prayers. I can’t say anything to take away your pain, but I am here to help you shoulder it. Don’t feel like you have to go through this alone. I’m here for you, just call.
