Jerry LeRoy Record born June 21, 1962 to Jerry Douglas Record and Verna Louise Record (Hugo) in Fort Riley Kansas passed away on April 18, 2026 at the age of 63 in Saint Louis.  He was preceded in death by his father Jerry Douglas Record, mother Verna Louise Record (Hugo), brothers Carl Record, Marty Record, and Timmy Record, son Shaun Record and Wife Christine Record.  He is survived by his sister, Joyce Coghlan Record and brother Del Record.  He is also survived by his son Steven Record,  son Matthew Record and wife Tiffany Record, daughter Jamie Record and 9 grandkids, Christopher, Rylee, Corbin, Layton, Cassius, Arianna, Shaunna, Chevy and Dakota.  He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
