Jerry Louis Butler born November 4, 1953 passed away peacefully on January 17 2024 surrounded by his daughters.

During his life he served in the Marines, was a truck driver, car salesman, and enjoyed watching St Louis Cardinals baseball. His hobby of playing billiards landed him the APA league 2022 playoff win and was a 2023 world pool championship qualifier.

Jerry was preceded in death by his beloved life partner Marcia Gwaltney, his parents Lonnie and Mabel, his brother JC, brother Larry Steven, and sister Cathy Ann.

He leaves behind three daughters Shelley Kertz, Jackie Butler, and Wendy Rico along with 8 grandchildren, Brittany, Megan, Tessa, Samantha, Nicholas, Cody, Francesca, and Titus as well as sisters Dorthy and Wanda along with many nieces and nephews.

At Jerry’s request, no public service will be held but his daughters are honoring him privately along with other immediate family at a later date.
