JoAnn Mitchell of St. Peters, MO passed away at the age of 78 on Sunday, January 19, 2020. She was born Oct. 22, 1941 in Benton County, TN to parents Turner Lee Hollingworth and Virgie Ann Hollingworth.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Roy Mitchell; and siblings: J.T. Hollingsworth, Martha Hollingsworth, Ganius Hollingsworth, Molly Hollingsworth, James Roland Hollingsworth, and Bobby Gene Hollingsworth.

She is survived by her sons, Mark (Angela) and Robert Mitchell; step-daughter Nancy Mitchell (Mike) Hines; her 4 grandchildren Tim Elliot, Christopher Davis, Ashleigh Ward, Robert O’Brien; her siblings, Pamela (Landon) Taylor; and 3 great-grandchildren Bree Davis, Liam Davis, and Elarrick Ward.
