Joseph Paul Tegel, Sr. born July 2, 1966 to Peter and Eloise (nee Gardner) Tegel in Granite City, IL died March 21, 2015 at the age of 48 in St. Louis, MO.

Joseph was preceded in death by his father, Peter Paul Tegel, Brother Gerald Eugene Tegel, Nephews Lucas Tegel and Kevin Anthony Manning

Survived by son Joseph Tegel Jr. and his wife Ashley Tegel of Carterville IL; three grandchildren Chloe Tegel, Sophia Tegel and Elijah Tegel of Carterville IL ; his loving mother Eloise Tegel; siblings Peter (Celia) Tegel, William ( Helen) Tegel, Anita Bell, Robert ( Laura) Tegel, Sharon ( Anthony) Manning, Sandra ( Rich) Wylie; many nieces nephews and friends.
