Dear neighbor and friend you will be sorely missed. Always there for me when I couldn’t fix something in my house, always had a big smile and bear hug and will always be remembered.
There is an emptiness in my heart and in our neighborhood.
    RIP

Joe, You will NEVER be forgotten for that BIG SMILE and SUPER PLEASANT ATTITUDE you so often had!! When we had our talks as I walked my dog past your home, you always had something GREAT to say as we often spoke about your Wife Barbara and your family! I can’t leave out your ‘SUPER DOG’, which my dog loved to visit. You always cared about OUR Neighborhood and the Park which you ‘kept a close eye on’ for the residents! You are definitely sorely MISSED my friend!!
