Josephine Vogelsang (Bowers) born on 02-22-1943 – Died on 11-22-2025 age 82.
Wife to Dennis Vogelsang SR for 57 years. Mother to Michelle Schrempf (Jason) and Dennis Vogelsang JR (Kathy).
Grandmother to Amy, Paul III, Sara Rose, Stephanie, Alexandra (Geoffrey) and Samantha.
Great Grandmother to Kayden, Aubree, Emma, Ella, and Austin.
Sister to Walter Bowers (Shelia),
Proceeded in death by Brothers: Frank Bowers, Bill Bowers, Richard Bowers ,and Robert Bowers.
Sisters : Jean Snodgrass, Betty Weidenhoft, Leona Elliott, Fay Ann Bowers..
Proceeded in death by her parents : Frank Bowers SR, and Fay Bowers Edgar.
She loved fishing, playing bingo, hanging out with her family, and dancing. She loved  making her famous bread pudding and dancing to Barney with her grandson Paul. Taking the grand kids to Steak N Shake for shakes and root beer floats, sleep overs, watching movies, doing crafts, or playing games. She enjoyed hanging out with her daughter in-law Kathy on the deck and drinking some beer. She became a TV watcher and would sit for hours watching Walker Texas Ranger, Bonanza  and Matlock. It got to the point Dad had to get a small second TV so he could watch sports in the kitchen.
She was a tough little cookie but she loved deeply, She will be loved by many and never forgotten.
May all the pain be gone Momma. We will miss you, but we know in our hearts we will have the Best Guardian Angel. Dennis and I will always remember the promise we made to you that we will take care of dad.
Rest in peace, until we meet again , Fly High Momma, we love you!
