Beloved Mother to John “JJ” Watts (wife Carol), Sheryl O’Toole & the late Timothy Leible. Sister of Debbie Price (Mike Price). She leaves behind 5 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, her niece and nephew and many loving friends.

Joyce passed away peacefully in her home in the early morning on October 8, 2021.

She was a free-spirit with a huge heart; a loving mother, grandmother and aunt who spoiled her grandchildren without complaint. She was determined and strong, always. She was sweet with a side of feisty. Her love for life was contagious and her personality was magnetic.

Joyce loved auctions, shopping, estate sales, playing cards, laughing with her girlfriends, The Lakers, and her family. Her grandkids teased her about her love of plastic tubbies. If there was ever a time that someone was in need, Joyce could likely fill that need out of one of her storage tubbies. She was always giving; and helping others filled her up.

Joyce will be dearly missed. Her beauty, grace, loving kindness, feisty spirit and strength will carry on in all of us.
