Judy Bond-Tucker

Judy Bond-Tucker passed away April 4th, 2021 after a year long battle with cancer. In her final moments, she was surrounded by family and friends.

She was born in St. Louis, Missouri on March 26, 1940 and grew up in south St. Louis. She attended St. Francis DeSales school and church. Moved to Arnold in the 1960’s ad then back to south St. Louis in the 90’s.

She was retired but had been the project manager for Attitude Research Corp.

Judy was an incredible, strong woman. She spoke her mind and if she loved you, she loved you fiercely. And if she didn’t, well…….

There was never a time when she wouldn’t offer to lend a hand, cook a meal or be there to listen.

Cooking was her passion and she made sure that those she loved never went hungry. She enjoyed spending time in the kitchen with her great-grandchildren, Blair and Trevor as well as others. Cooking for her grandson, John Zarbock, was one of her greatest joys.

She had many rescue dogs over the years and spent countless hours helping to spread the word about the horrors of puppy mills.

Judy was a friend to many and made a difference in every life that she touched.

Wonderful wife to (Ed Tucker, deceased), mother to (Lauren Marshall), stepmother to (Steve (Diane) Tucker) (Leslie (Phil) Hassell), grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, sister-in-law, aunt, and friend to many. She was one of a kind and will be missed by all who knew her.

There will be a ceremony at Jefferson Barracks on Friday, April 23rd at 1:15 pm and she will be laid to rest with her beloved husband Nooney.

Please do not send flowers, instead, please make a donation in her name to Hearts United for Animals, (HUA.org).
