Julianne Bendix Webber

Julianne Bendix Webber, 87, went peacefully to be with Jesus on February 10, 2025. Born on December 4, 1937, in St. Louis, she dedicated her life to her family. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother with a giant heart, a smile that lit up the room and the innate ability to make everyone she ran into feel special and at ease.

Her greatest joy came from spending time with her family. She is survived by her three children, John, Kathy (Jim), and Tricia (Greg); Gerri Lyrek; her brother, Robert Bendix; and by her grandchildren who she adored – Benjamin (Jami), Christopher (Jessica), Cory (Yesh), Kelsey, Luke and Liam; And, is proceeded in death by her husband of 51 years, Fred, her parents and her brother, John.

A celebration of Julianne’s life will be held on February 22nd at The Commons at Baxter & Clayton, 14885 Clayton Rd. Chesterfield, MO, from 3pm-5:30pm, followed by a private interment at Jefferson Barracks at a later date.

In her memory, put on your brightest lipstick, spread love, compliment a stranger and order that extra diet coke – but not without asking at least once if it really is diet.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association.

I knew Butzie all my life as she was my double-first cousin. I do believe she coined that title. We shared my sister Gail, almost every holiday known to man, birthdays and just being together. Funny, and cute, talented (yes she could draw), and devoted to her family, as she stayed in touch with me throughout her life. She will be missed by us all and by all who knew her. “Love you Butz.”

I had the best times with her. She always complimented my makeup and never missed a chance to ask how my ‘sweet daughter’ was doing. She had the most beautiful eyes & bright smile. She had such a big heart and loved people. she will truly be missed.

Dearest Kathy and family, I’m so sorry for your loss. I never met your mom, but I know she loved you all so much.
