Clapp, Julie Mae (nee Schumacher) fortified with the Sacraments of Holy Mother Church, passed away peacefully Sat., May 31, 2025, at the remarkable age of 95.

Dear wife of the late William Donald Clapp; beloved mother of Lynn (Lynne) Clapp, Jeffry (Janice) Clapp, Daniel (Gail) Clapp and Sheila (Mike) Loyet; proud grandmother of Jonas Clapp, Jacob (Kelly) Clapp, Ashley (Brad) Wuller, Jennifer (Jeffrey) Barnhouse, David and Steven Clapp, Eric (Toni) Loyet, Tony (Claire) Loyet; great grandmother of Evelyn and James Clapp, Lillian and William Barnhouse, Landon, Cooper and Fleur Loyet, Molly Wuller; dear sister of Carol (Paul) Richter, aunt, cousin and friend.

Services: Memorial Mass will be celebrated at St. Vincent DePaul Catholic Church, 1408 South 10th Street, Saint Louis, MO 63104, on Tue., June 17 at 10 a.m. Visitation 1 hour before Mass and reception lunch after Mass in the Church Hall. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the “Meals Program” of St. Vincent DePaul Catholic Church, 1408 South 10th Street, Saint Louis, MO 63104.
