Keith Ivan Pool

Keith Ivan Pool passed away peacefully at 2:19 PM at Barnes Hospital, St. Louis MO on June 17th, 2024 at the age of 33. He was born at Barnes Hospital in St. Louis Mo on June 25th, 1990. Predeceased by Ivan James Pranaitis (grandfather); Raymond Dittman (great grandfather); Irene Dittman (grandmother); and Suzanne Frideres (aunt).

Lovingly remembered by Tara Blevins (mother); Caren Fansler (grandmother); Lisa Pranaitis (aunt); Joey Bunton (uncle); Dennis Blevins, Jr (dad); Stephen Pool (father); Glenda Sundling (grandmother); Robert Pool, Sr. (grandfather); Jim Grace (uncle); and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and lifelong friends.

Keith Pool grew up an Air Force brat, traveling and experiencing the world. At the age of 12 Keith moved with his family to Iowa Park, TX, where he made friends that are still brothers to him. Keith’s life took him back to Edwardsville, IL. He loved animals deeply, maintaining his own private zoo. Keith was loyal to his friends and generous to all. He forever supported the underdog. Keith was passionate about music, art, and ensuring the happiness of others. Keith will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

    I am so very sorry for your loss. I went to school with Keith in Iowa Park and he was just the best. Sarcastic, witty and funny in his own way. I’m so saddened for his loss. Praying for you all.
