Kenneth Wayne Dollinger

Kenneth Dollinger, 67, passed away in St. Louis, Missouri on Monday, June 1, 2015.

Kenneth was born July 2, 1947 to the late Bud and Alta (nee Oberlin) Dollinger in Fredericktown, MO.

Kenneth was a Army Veteran in the Vietnam War. He was a member of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks, Affton, MO, a life member of the Optimist International and former President of Emporia Kansas Optimist Club.

Kenneth is survived by his loving wife, Julie T. (nee Gannon) of 37 1/2 years; Loving daughter Elizabeth; Brother to Connie Pfeifer and Roger Dollinger; Loving uncle and special friend to many.

Kenneth Wayne Dollinger will be missed for his wonderful sense of humor and how he brought the best out of people.

Service: Thursday, June 4, 2015 at St. Louis Cremation 2135 Chouteau Ave. St. Louis, MO 63103 11:00AM to 12:00PM visitation, memorial 12:00PM to 12:30PM, burial at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery 2:30PM.

    Sorry i never got to meet you guys but Ken was one of my favorite cousins and this world will be a sad place without him. Now he is with his mom and dad and mine so they can keep each other company until we can join them. Rest in peace Ken and no more pain, love you! Nancy

    long story made short……after many years of knowing ken Dollinger and the family ……..I ran into ken at the casino in St. Louis …….you see ….I remember ken driving his GTO around town……loved the car……and he was the man around town…..and then I saw the second Ken Dollinger……who loved his family and his dogs………Ken Dollinger will be missed by many…….rest in piece my friend …..may God bless you
