Kevin James Quinn
We are sad to announce the passing of Kevin James Quinn. Born in Virginia on October 1, 1957 to the proud parents of William Joseph Quinn and Barbara Shirley Quinn (Richardi). Kevin is preceded in death by his parents, William Quinn and Barbara Quinn, his brother Billy Quinn, his son Michael Quinn as well as his favorite Aunt Mary and Uncle Buddy.
He was a dedicated employee for the local pipefitters Union in California.
Kevin was an avid skydiver. He loved the thrill and freedom it gave him. Kevin was a responsible gun holder and believed in the second amendment. He was very intelligent and reserved. If you knew Kevin it was an honor because he was not a people person. If he liked you, he really liked you. Kevin enjoyed many pleasures of life including cooking, that brought joy to his life. Don’t go tell him how to cook a steak because he will get technical with you and tell you how exactly to cook it! In his final days he came to live with his sister in Missouri and was well cared for. He hated the family’s cheesecake recipe but loved it when his sister made it. Although we couldn’t change his prognosis we know he is at peace and comfort now with his family in heaven.
He is survived by his three children, Michele Quinn of DeLand, Florida, Nicole Quinn of Orlando, Florida and last but not least Robert Quinn of Bristol, Florida. Too many grandkids to count. One sister, Mary Quinn of Canalou, Missouri, 2 nieces and one nephew.
With his passing we are saddened but we are happy knowing we will rejoice together again one day in heaven.
We love you Kevin….. until we all meet again your loving family will miss you dearly!!
Love you brother.youre always in my heart. You can rest now😘
Kevin you will be deeply missed, thank you for our children. Rest in peace
