Linda McGillis, age 82, of Columbia IL , passed away peacefully on May 23, 2026 from natural causes. She was born December 23, 1943 in Kennett, MO.

Linda was preceded in death by Earl and Mary Gibson (parents),  Gerald Gibson (brother), and Leon Gibson (brother).  She is survived by Richard McGillis (son) & Patricia Townsend (daughter), Denita McGillis Arnold (daughter), Kathy Hoffelmeyer McGillis (daughter), and Elizabeth McGillis (daughter).
