Lois Latiamer Duggins passed away on September 13, 2016 at the age of 97. Lois was the daughter of the late Oliver H. Duggins, Sr. and Spray L. Duggins (Hillis). She was preceded in death by her brothers Hillis Duggins and Oliver H Duggins, Jr.
Dear aunt of Patricia Bulger (Duggins) and David Duggins. Lois was educated at Southeast Missouri State University; she spent 10 years in Rome, Italy teaching at the American School before returning to St. Louis to work at the St. Louis City Library rare books department until her retirement.
Lois has donated her body to Washington University Medical School.
A memorial service is planned at Christ Church Cathedral at a later date.
