Luke had many aunts, uncles, cousins and two nieces that were very close to his heart. He was a friend to most everyone and a lot of them he considered family.
Luke loved the outdoors, fishing, hunting, camping, spelunking, kayaking, canoeing and anything to do with a river. He was an avid hunter and excellent marksman. Luke won a master angler award at age 6.
Luke was a tree trimmer by trade and enjoyed the thrill of being in the biggest tree he could find – even if it wasn’t for pay.
Luke was a people lover and people loved him back. He will be very dearly missed by all who knew him.

So very sad for all that loved Luke. Such a tragedy, to lose someone so young. Our deepest sympathy to all of you.
Lucas was a hard headed but great person. I’ve known him for about 10 years. Tho I knew him in a professional way I still considered him as a friend. He always made me laugh or smile even if what we were dealing with wasn’t something to smile about. I was so very proud of his accomplishments and that I got to be apart of a very special day for him. Cindie, you and your family are in our thoughts and prayers. I wish I could give you a hug!!! Please let me know if there is anything I can help you all with in the future. Much Love. Heather @ A&B.
Its been 5 years…
My heart still hurts…
I wonder what things would be like today, what we’d talk about to catch up.. I miss you.. I’m like older older than you now… it’s weird.. they say the pain fades or whatever but it doesn’t, I miss you now more than ever as the years pass on and your still not here to see them with me… you are still my strength, sometimes you’re the only reason I make it through a day… I love you Luke, forever.
