Luther will be missed. He made a big impact on a lot of lives with his compassionate listening and kind care.
I grew up with my cousin, Luther. He was always one of the sweetest, kindest and most compassionate people I have ever known. He will surely be missed. Much love to Gloria and the family!
I will never stop missing him.❤❤❤❤❤
Blessed by God through Luther via PIUM, as a member & officer & parent at St. Johns for his services as DCE & Counselor; and, attended Our Redeemer, and, as a friend
Rhonda, So very sorry for this loss. He was well respected and stepped forward and made things happen for many people. He is certainly a child of God and now resting peacefully in his Savior’s arms.
Comfort and peace to family and close friends.
I was privileged to call him youth counselor. His faith was lived in such a way that he drew many to Christ! I am honored to have known him here and look forward to seeing him in the life to come!
Only met Luther a few years ago, but what a kind man. God’s comfort to Gloria and the family.
Rest In Peace to a gentle man and a committed counselor.
I have just become aware of Luther’s passing. I stood up in a church before and I said this: I still stand by that – Luther was a strong living example of the walk of a Christian as Jesus would have us be. I watched Luther stop what he was doing and give someone a ride to the hospital. He entertained and listened to those hurting; that most were too busy to do. I am saddened for Gloria and children. But I have no doubt that Jesus had a special room for Luther. I’m sure he was told “good job My faithful servant”!
