Marilynn Christine Taylor
Marilynn Christine Taylor, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away peacefully at her home on December 24, 2024, at the age of 80. Born on December 21, 1944, in St. Louis, Missouri, Marilynn lived a life full of love, dedication, and generosity.
She is predeceased by her parents, Orilynn Post Wick and Russell Wick, and her sisters, Diane Byers and Kathi Sikes. Marilynn is survived by her devoted husband of 11 years, John Grueninger. She will be lovingly remembered by her sons, Ryan Taylor (Sara) and Ronald Taylor Jr. (Laurie), and her cherished grandchildren, Paige Taylor-Anselmo, Morgan Taylor, and Rachel Taylor.
Marilynn, fondly known as Chrissy to her loved ones, had a profound love for animals and spent her life enjoying the company of her horses and puppies. She treasured time with her family and friends and was deeply committed to philanthropic causes, particularly through her involvement with Jamestown New Horizons, an organization dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities. Chrissy was also an accomplished graduate of the University of Missouri–St. Louis, where she earned a degree in Accounting.
