Although we didn’t have any plans to ever get together again, Mark was a dear friend whom I loved like a brother and I regret that I did not stay in touch with him, which so often happens between childhood friends. He and I were best friends in our early childhood and off and on through college. I didn’t know him in his adulthood as many others do and I am apparently worse off for not being closer to him. I am thankful that I will see him again in eternity where we will undoubtedly reminisce on some of the fun times we had together as small children and share how the rest of our lives went. All praise to our Savior, Jesus.
