Mark Edward Dugger (44) of Shrewsbury, MO passed away on June 15th, 2024. He is preceded in death by his parents, Claude and Marian Dugger ( Melcher).

He is survived by his son, Kurt, as well as friends and extended family members.

Private interment to commence. Any donations in Mark’s name may be made to Variety Club – St. Louis.”
