Martin Phillip (Trey) Rosenmeyer III
Martin Phillip (Trey) Rosenmeyer III, 68, of St. Louis, MO, died on March 29, 2022.
Trey was born in St. Louis, MO and raised in Hannibal, MO where he graduated from Hannibal High School in 1971.
Trey was a talented carpenter, blues harmonica player, and avid fan of the St. Louis Cardinals and author Larry McMurtry. He loved babies and dogs, he hated racism and rudeness, and he would have been annoyed to know there was an obituary following his death.
Trey is survived by his three daughters, Crystal Johnston, Katy June Abrams, and Ginny Rosenmeyer, his eight grandchildren, Audrin Mcelvain, Aspyn Mcelvain, Cortland Griffin, Dalton Barnett, Jayken Hedgpeth, Ryken Hedgpeth, Owen Abrams and Zoey Abrams Chamness, and his longtime partner Sheryl Dobelman of Hazelwood, MO.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Martin (Marty) Phillip Jr. and Gloria Rosenmeyer and brother Richard (Ricky) Rosenmeyer.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his honor to the Missouri NAACP or Planned Parenthood.
