She was the sweetest person I knew despite her pain from her crippling arthritis. She will be missed here on earth but heaven has gained a true angel.

Mary was a special person, she always took an interest in everyone in the extended family. She opened her home to Don when he came to St Louis after high school.
Always remembered birthdays and through all her trials with her arthritis, she was not bitter and went on with her life. Don & I take comfort in knowing she is now pain free and in heaven????

Aunt Mary was a loving and sweet person. You could always count on her with words of wisdom, lovely heartwarming laugh and love. All the memories our family’s had together. Her cookies and fudge. July 4th fireworks at Heine Meine field. Taking me to ride the ponies in the park. The vacations. Randy, Rick and Mom took tour of Bagnell Dam with a helicopter ride. Aunt Mary and I stayed firmly on the ground eating a ice cream cone. Silver Dollar City vacation with Aunt Mary, Debbie and Grandma Schaefer. Friday night coffee and cheese cake with the ladies at our house. Her love for the Cardinals. Wondering why what ever manager at the time didn’t take Pitcher out of the game. Why they had to get all their runs in one game and not spread out over a series. Our phone call in middle of night after game six of 2011 WS. Now she doesn’t have to wonder what channel the game will be on and has the best seat to watch the Cardinals. She is pain free and having fun with our love ones and friends in haven. Watching over all us. Love Kayla and Linda Barton
