Mary Grice
Mary Frances Morgan Grice, 81, of St. Louis, MO, passed away peacefully on September 23, 2020. Born in Hattiesburg, MS, on December 27, 1938, she was the daughter of the late Wilmer “Mack” and Mary Morgan. She joins her parents and her siblings, Emma Jean Morgan, David Wayne Morgan and Julie Elaine Morgan in Heaven.
Mary Frances attended the Mississippi School for the Deaf. She retired from the United States Postal Service and was a beloved member of several Deaf Clubs in Shreveport, Louisiana, and St. Louis, Missouri. She was also involved with the Deaf in the Greater St. Louis Missouri/Metro-East, Illinois, Deaf community. She attended First Baptist Church in Arnold, MO. She had a love of Eagles and had a beautiful collection to adore.
She is survived by her two daughters, Annie Jane (Steve) Hunter of Fairview Heights, IL, and Mary Linda (Kenny) Jordan of St. Louis, MO; by her grandchildren born to Annie Jane Hunter, Christopher (Krista Lienemann) Elkins of Livingston, IL, Shannon (Marquise) Epps of Belleville, IL, Sarah (Joe) Hunter of Belleville, IL, Andrew Hunter of Columbia, IL, and Robert Hunter of Cahokia, IL; by her grandchildren born to Mary Linda Jordan, Stephanie (Tim) Lane of St. Clair, MO, and Ryan Todd Sack, of St. Louis, MO; by her great grandchildren Cyerra Elkins, Andrew Cole Grice, Jordon Elkins, Cydni Elkins, Devin Mennig, Baylee Mennig and Emmett Hunter; by her siblings Edna Morgan Drewry, John M. Morgan and Helen Louise Morgan and her nieces and nephews.
The family will have a private memorial service and she will be laid to rest in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. Special thanks to the Evelyn’s House for their wonderful care.

Your mom is a wonderful sweet person, we always do at MEC club. She made best chicken dinner. We’ll missed her. We are praying for you and your family in our prayers.

Loved working with Mary at Bethesda Dilworth! She always remembered me and wanted to give me a big hug when she saw me.
