Mary Virginia “Cookie” Linck
(nee Cook) 84. Strengthened by her strong Catholic faith and the love of her family Mary “Cookie” Linck passed peacefully on January 5, 2014. Beloved wife of the late Adolph “Einnie” Linck; loving mother of Denny Linck, Debby (John) Kuntz, Diane (Gerry) Young, Donna (Rick) Lewis, Danielle (Jim) Randazzo; loving grandmother of Andrea (Greg) Lauber, Torre (Shawn) Pinson, Jodi Young (John), Kyle Lewis (Jennifer), Kelcey (Kirk) Kozma, Brett Lewis, Sarah, Emily and Tommy Randazzo; loving great-grandmother of Braeden, Collin, Keegan, Kenzie, Brynn, Keely, Molly, Carter, Harper, Eden, Briston; dear sister of Kenneth Cook and the late Jimmy, Doris, and Wally Cook; dear aunt, great-aunt, cousin and friend.
Cookie’s passion in life was her family. She adored her grandchildren and dedicated most of her life to caring for them. She was the sweetest, happiest and most loving person anyone has ever met. She always had a smile on her face. Her unconditional love will forever be reflected in her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Services: Family and friends will gather from 12:00pm-1:15pm in the gathering area at St. Ferdinand Catholic Church, 1765 Charbonier Road, Florissant, MO 63031 on Saturday, January 11, 2014 followed by Holy Mass at 1:30pm. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Diabetes Association or Catholic Charities.
