Michael Thomas Nugent
Michael Thomas Nugent (Nuug), 56, was Fortified with the Sacraments of Holy Mother Church, Tuesday, September 26th, 2017. Mike passed away peacefully (Liver Disease) at St. Anthony’s Medical Center in St. Louis surrounded by loving family and friends.
Dear son of the late Thomas and Lavada Nugent; dear brother of the late Patricia Nugent; dear brother of Margaret Cruzen; dear uncle of Rebecca (Garrett) Groves and Melinda Cruzen; dear great-uncle of Blake, Audrey, Brandon and Leland; dear cousin and friend.
Mike was born on October 20th, 1960 in St. Louis. Throughout his life he cared for his family, made an abundance of friends, and prided himself on his painting business. Mike was an avid St Louis Cardinal’s fan, and loved to cook food… especially BBQ. He also enjoyed playing softball and numerous camping/floating trips with his friends.
Family and friends are invited to attend a Celebration Of Life Memorial / Birthday Bash in honor of Mike on October 15th, 2017 from 1pm – 5pm at the Black Hawk Shelter within the Jefferson Barracks County Park.
Mike’s final resting place will be at the Resurrection Cemetery.
