I only met Nancy one time at a gathering too large to get to know her well. Still that one encounter was enough to see what a gracious and graceful person she was. I would have liked to know her better. The picture tribute shows a life of family, love, and laughter. I know there was deep sorrow as well. Clearly, she was a woman of outer beauty and inner strength. Sending my condolences to the Smith family and love and sympathy to Yvonne.

Spending time with Nancy was always a delight. She had a very subtle sense of humor and was always ready with a smile and a kind word. My heartfelt sympathies to all who knew and loved her, especially to Yve and Bob. May her memory be a blessing.

Eve, what beautiful photos of your mom. I so enjoyed spending those two days with your mom and dad. A southern belle to be sure. What wonderful memories you have with your mom. Sending you lots of love and hugs.

Yve, what a wonderful tribute to your mother. Such a gracious gentile lady she was. I’m so happy to have known her, even though it was in a small way. The cheer leader picture, the portrait with the pearls, and a photo of Nancy horseback riding with you seem especially special. Blessings.
