Nathan Maurice Cole, Sr.
Nathan Maurice Cole Sr. was born November 14, 1971 in Farmington, Missouri to the late Arthur Cole Sr. and Vernice.
He received his GED in 2009. He was baptized at Missionary Baptist Church.
Nathan is preceded in death by his parents, Arthur and Vernice, two brothers, Leslie and Lawrence and a sister, Helen.
He leaves behind a daughter, Anyielle and a son Nathan Jr., three brothers, Arthur Jr (Martha), Robert (Nimpa), Daniel (Janice), two sisters, Gloria and Diane (Tremont) and Meme, his goddaughter. He also leaves behind nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He will be greatly missed.
Nathan had a routine. If I went to the store, he would ask me to get him three and three, and he could get 20-30 dollars on the books. He talked to his daughter every day sometimes for hours. He loved his family and would do anything to help them.
This is the day that the lord has made. A limb has fallen from the family tree. I keep hearing a voice that says, Grieve not for me, remember the best times, the laughter, the song. The good life I lived while I was strong, continue my heritage, I’m counting on you to keep smiling and surely the sun will shine through. My mind is at ease, my soul is at rest. Remembering all how I was blessed. Continue traditions, no matter how small, go on with your life, don’t worry about falls. I miss you all dearly so keep your chin up until the day come we’re together again.
Rest in paradise Uncle Nate 💕
