This is just so unbelievable and heartbreaking! Neil was such a bright young man and an incredible athlete! He was always up to a challenge. Neil was our parents first grandchild and our first nephew. He was so loved by all. There are so many what if and amazing memories. May you rest in peace. Our deepest sympathy and condolences to all who loved him.

Me and Neil was best friends for years. We even ran into each other while serving in the service during desert storm, and we had a good laugh about meeting again so far from home. I will miss his laugh and his friendship, but I will never miss him. I will always have great memories of us having fun and getting into trouble with mama Norma and grandma. And I know we will meet again one day. Till then, later my friend rest easy.

I knew Neil from years ago I lived on the army base in Granite and he use to come visit me and we hung out as young teenagers. He was so shy and sweet. We reconnected years ago via FB sharing updates in our lives. Such a cool person.. my dearest condolences .
