Norma Dean Vincent (nee) Skelton passed away February 22, 2025 at the age of 86.

Norma was born November 29, 1938 in Wayne, TN.

Preceeded in death by her husband, Sonnie Vincent, her parents Floyd and Effie Skelton, and her brother William.

Norma is survived by her daughters Lisa (Dave) Sutton of Wentzville, MO and Debra Javaux of Winfield, MO, her pride and joy, grandchildren Stefanie (Kyle) Roettger, Jessica (Kyle) Boatwright, Jay (Kelsie) Javaux and Landon Javaux. Great grandchildren Jodiee Heffner, Jase and Remy Kraml and one brother William (Jr.) Skelton of Pollard, AR.
