A Poem for Norm Gisi:
For Dad – I Love You Dad –
(What’s the one thing you would say to your Dad if you could see him again…”I Love You Dad.”)
What can you say to someone who has always been one of the most essential parts of your world…
Someone who took you by the hand when you were little and never gave up and helped to show you the way…
What do you say to the Man that stopped by and helped you grow, providing his love, strength, wisdom, and support so you would grow up to be the person you are today.
What can you say to him to let him know that he is the best that there is, and you hope and pray you have inherited some of his awesome wisdom and strength.
What words would you say that one more time…
I would just say, “I Love You Dad,” and I know that he would understand…He always did!
I Love You – Dad
There are those who make the world a better place just by being in it, Norm was just one of those people. I am glad I got to spend the pass 12 years getting to know Norm. He was a great fella and will be lovingly missed.
We never get enough years with our parents no matter what age they pass. Your dad was always so friendly and nice. He will always be remembered that way by us. Prayers of peace for his family.
Condolences Lisa, to you and your family. Thinking of you with love.
