Pamela Jo Spiros
Pamela Jo Spiros, 70, of St. Louis, peacefully passed away on October 29th, 2022 surrounded by loved ones, after a battle with ovarian cancer.
Pamela was born on October 3rd, 1952 to Lee and Barbara Moore in the bustling city of Cape Girardeau. After Pamela graduated from Kirkwood in 1971, Pamela pursued a degree in Dental Hygiene at Forest Park Community College. After graduation, Pamela worked as a Dental Hygienist for over 50 years. Pamela was passionate about her job and loved what she did for a living.
In 1971, Pamela met Stephen Spiros at Kirkwood High School. They got married in 1975 and have one son, Jason Spiros. Pamela had just retired and looked forward to having time with her Grandchildren, family and friends along with travel and continuing her favorite hobby, tap dancing.
Pamela was predeceased by dad and mom, Barbara and Lee Moore, along with her older brother Kenny Moore, who have all passed away.
Pamela is survived by her brother (Perry Moore) and her sister (April Willbrand), son (Jason Spiros) and Grandchildren (Elijah Spiros and Landon Spiros).

Pam was a beautiful woman inside and out. Her love for Jesus radiated everyday in her life. Pam memorized scripture and lived her life according to God’s word. She truly loved her husband, Steve, her son, Jason, and her grandchildren. It was a blessing to have known Pam. Praising God that you are in heaven and there with joy, love and happiness.

Dear Steve! I was so sorry to hear about Pam. I can’t even imagine what you’re going through right now. But I do know that you and Pam received the Lord Jesus as your savior. So I know that you know this is not a goodbye to Pam. You will see her again. Please know that you and your family are in our prayers.

I had the great pleasure of meeting Pam in our mutual love of dancing. She was so graceful. Pam was a fun person no matter what hardships she went through. She was a very holistic person and spiritual woman. She and Steve were great swing dancers.
A beautiful person in every way. Her outstanding physical beauty was undeniable. I was lucky to have known her and am in shock that she is gone but also know she is home with her Lord.
