Patricia Diane Matheny
Patricia Diane Matheny (70) of Hazelwood, Missouri, went to be with her Lord December 6, 2023. She was born July 13, 1953, in Texas County, Missouri.
She was preceded in death by her parents Aubert and Harriet(Golden) Matheny; her brother Greg, Sister -in-Law Carolee Matheny; her sister Barbara,Brother-in -law Bobby Haeffner; and her Father- In-Law Wayne Davis.
She is survived by her husband of 24 years, David Davis; her daughter, Michele Weaver (Benjamin); and her grandchildren, William, Brenden, and Ethan Weaver; Mother-in-Law, Donna Wells; Mother-in-Law Brenda Davis;Sister-in-Law Diane Gutierrez(Mel Sr.); Brother-in-Law George Wells, Niece Debbie(Walt)Culpepper; Nephew Mike(Cindy)Haeffner;Nephew Mel Jr; Nephew Joshua, and many other cousins and loved ones.
She worked for St. Luke’s Hospital, in Chesterfield, Missouri, for 35 years, retiring from the Radiology Department. She was a world traveler and enjoyed taking cruises with her husband each summer. She was an avid baseball fan, rooting for her hometown St. Louis Cardinals baseball team. She was dedicated to her family and friends. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
I met Patti in high school. Linda Yancey, Patti and I became fast friends. We grew apart when we each had families. She was one neat person. Wish I had gotten together with her and Linda before we lost Patti.
I am so sorry for your loss. Please let me know when, where her Celebration of Life will be held.
