Paul Miquelon

Paul Miquelon, of Wildwood, Missouri passed away peacefully in his sleep on Wednesday,
September 16th at home. He was born on September 9th , 1938 in Sioux City, Iowa, the son of the
late Clara Miquelon (nee Du Vall) and Cyr Miquelon. He is survived by his wife, Penelope (nee
Sunstrom) Miquelon; son, Kevin Sr. (Laura) of Ballwin, Missouri, son Wade (Katy) of Cleveland,
Ohio, and daughter, Megan (Jonathan) Bolton of Los Angeles, California; and grandchildren, Kevin Jr. (Emily), Will
(Kanhika) Meadows, Emily, Peter, Grace, Isabella, Nicholas, Sienna, and Cy, and a great-granddaughter,

Hayden. He is also survived by his sisters Eleanor (Jim) Perry, Margaret Zinky,
and brother Steve (Priscilla).

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brothers Edward, John, and Lawrence.
Paul grew up on a farm in Iowa, received a Bachelor of Science from Morningside College in
Sioux City, Iowa and began his sales career at Hormel and moved to St. Louis, Missouri. Soon
after he moved to Hallmark Cards and spent the rest of his decorated career with them. He was
involved in a number of volunteer activities including coaching little league sports, Boy Scouts,
church leadership, sang in the choir, President of Living Word Men’s Club, Food Outreach, RATI,
the Brentwood School Board, and Brentwood Bath & Tennis Board. He had a reputation for his
service, generosity and integrity. He also was known as a master joke teller and Paul was the
funniest person he knew. He made friends everywhere he went. He was adored by his wife,
children, grandchildren, and many friends.

Paul was known for being gracious, kind-hearted, of good spirit and above all else, a family
man. From humble beginnings, Paul was able to travel across the U.S. and multiple countries
around the globe. He made a huge impact on all that he encountered. He will be tremendously
missed by his family and friends.

Celebration of Life on Wednesday, September 23 rd at Living Word Church / 17315 Manchester
Road / Wildwood, MO 63038 with Visitation from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. with Service immediately
following from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Masks are required and social distancing appreciated.
