Peter Louis Farber
The family of Peter L Farber, “Pete”, is saddened to announce his passing on Sunday September 3, 2023 at the age of 80 years. He completed his journey through life peacefully, surrounded with love.
Pete was lovingly known as “dad” by his 4 daughters: Darlene, Saskia, Annette(Patrick), and Martina(Ed); as “grandpa” to 8 grandchildren: Jennifer(Jennifer), Destiny, Jarod, Jalen, Owen, Jillian, Jaxson, and Eli.
Pete was a brother to Ellen, and half brother to Louis Jr. “Tike”, Kathy, and Lisa. He will be greatly missed by his loved ones and the many friends he met throughout his lifetime.
He was predeceased by his loving wife of 53 years, (“Lia”); his parents, and half brother Tike.
Pete moved into the St. Louis area in 1971, with his wife after serving in Europe with the military and has been a long time resident ever since. He retired with the Air National Guard. He was a lover of race cars, books, knowledge, woodworking, trivia and ice cream. He touched many lives with his quirky and friendly personality.
A private family ceremony will be held oceanside to scatter his ashes at the same coordinates as his loving wife Lia.
