Born October 24, 1924, Raleigh was baptized into the Hope of Christ’s Resurrection on September 18, 2015. Loving husband of Shirley A. O’Neal (Mees), dear father of Robert (Maryann), Richard (Peggy), Donald (Sue) and the late James and Gerald O’Neal. Dear Grandfather of 11, great-grandfather of 9. Dear brother of the late Mack (Francis), Venton (Josephine), Shirley, Thelma, and Thalia. Dear uncle, cousin, godfather and friend to many. Memorial service and interment in Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery on Friday, October 2, 2015 at 12:30 pm.
