
Randolph Horner
Randolph Todd Horner (Randy), beloved husband, father, son, brother, uncle, friend, and one of the most genuinely loving people you could ever meet passed away November 24, 2025 in St. Louis, MO after a valiant battle with cancer.
Randy was born in Albany, Missouri on February 22, 1961. One of Randy’s most prized achievements was earning the certification of Eagle Scout, Boy Scouts of America Troop 32. Many of the valued lessons Randy learned from being in the Scouts he practiced throughout his lifetime. After graduating from Arlington High School in 1979 he went on to earn his degree in Economics and Finance from Northern Illinois University in 1983. Randy completed his MBA in 1985 at the Keller Graduate School of Management.
In 1992, Randy wed the love of his life Pauline. His love and devotion as a husband are truly inspiring. Randy cherished being a father to two amazing sons, Raymond and Ryan Horner. He made sure to be there throughout their childhood and on into their adult lives. Creating memories they will hold dearly in their hearts.
After more than fifteen years of success in Corporate America, Randy created his second career dedicated to helping families secure their financial future. Randy founded The Horner Group, Ltd in 2005; a dream come true. His passion to help families build long term secure financial plans was the foundation of the firm. He worked for his clients to give them the clarity, confidence and comfort they needed to secure their financial future.
Randy will be remembered for his love for life. He loved his life. He loved what he created and was grateful for the friends and family he had in his life. Randy loved being able to share with others his love of life and listening to their life stories and life journeys. We will miss Randy’s amazing smile, laugh and awesome sauce love.
Circling Randy in love and light are his wife Pauline Mary Horner; sons Raymond Gary Horner and Ryan Michael Horner; parents Donald Gary Horner(d) and Gertrude Faye ‘Trudy’ Horner, and birth mother Jonnie Maree Cure; siblings Karen Tracie Horner, Michele Horner Masten (Tom), Jacqueline Marie Cure, Michael Chad Horner (Darcie), Suzanne Ine Cure, Jorge Thomas Cure (Dana), Thomas Renee Cure (Shannon), and Tomile Teresa Cure (d); nephews and niece Eric (Alyssa), Kelly, and Brian Masten, and Josh and Michael Horner(Ashley).
Randy lived his life in the present. Not looking back, but looking forward to what the future would bring.
