Racquel “Ely” Rabago (nee Arriola) passed away peacefully on July 5, 2024 in St. Charles, MO, at the age of 89. She was born in Manila, Philippines on December 31, 1934.

Ely worked as a pharmacist for 40+ years. She loved to garden, bowl, travel, and spend time with her family.

Ely will be lovingly remembered by her sisters-in-law, many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and friends.

Ely is preceeded in death by her husband, Florencio Rabago; her parents, Joaquin and Aurelia Arriola; her siblings, Ramon (Mila) Arriola, Gloria (Vic) Mariano, Arthur (Ruby) Arriola, and Joaquin (Chit) Arriola, Jr.

Services and burial will be private.
