Raymond Edward Seger, 71, entered eternal life on Sunday, November 27, 2022.

Beloved husband of 38 years to Anne Seger (Arink) and loving father and father-in-law to Hannah (Michael) Schurwan, Brenna (Chad) Walker, and Colin Seger. Son to the late Rudolph and Dolores Seger and son-in-law to Mary Arink. Beloved brother to Mary Ruzicka, Dolores Fitzgerald, James Seger and the late Rudolph (Barbara) Seger and Robert (Joyce) Seger. Cherished grandfather to Amelia and Jack Schurwan. A loving uncle, brother-in-law, and godfather to many.

Ray enjoyed spending time with his family, traveling to new places, eating great food, cheering on his favorite sports teams (“go you Chiefies!”), being around friends, and savoring the moments that brought him joy. His greatest accomplishment was being an exceptional husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him. Ray was a great man, and that’s a damn rare thing these days.

Services will be private. In lieu of flowers, please donate to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital in his name.
