Richard A. Hughes, age 74, of Pacific, MO, passed away Monday December 28, 2020. He served in Vietnam, US Navy. Beloved husband of Jeanne Hughes. Loving father of daughter Angie Hughes and son Kevin Hughes. Loving grandfather of Alison Vollmer and Drake Vollmer. Survived by brother Dale (Christy) Hughes and sisters Linda (Craig) Daniel, Sheila (Dave) Smith, Wendy (Mike) Schulz and many nieces, nephews and many friends.

Preceded in death by father Ellis Hughes and wife Maxine Hughes, and Mother Rosemarie Dubbs and husband Gene Dubbs.
