Richard L. Sexton

July 12, 1946 ~ November 4, 2017

Richard Lee Sexton died on Saturday November 4th 2017 at the age of 71. He was born in St. Louis, MO on July 12, 1946. Richard was a veteran of the Unites States Army, an avid golfer, and a loving husband and father.

Richard is survived by his loving wife of 36 years, Catherine A. Sexton; daughters: Pamela Seals (Kevin) and Tammara Sexton, brother Anthony Sexton, sisters-in-law, Alice Sexton, Diane Andrews (Tom), Janis Taylor (Gary), Deborah Champion (Kenneth), Dorothy Burke (James), Cynthia Pratt (Gary), many nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.

Richard is preceded in death by his parents Millard and Dazzerine Sexton, his brothers Jerry and Stanley Sexton, sister-in-Law Gloria Sexton, mother and father In-law: Frank and LaVerne Wevers, and brother-in-law Frank Wevers III, aunts, uncles and friends.

Private graveside service will be held on Sunday November 19th, 2017 at Mount Lebanon Cemetery at 9:00 am

Friends and family are invited to attend a memorial celebration of Richards life. It will be held Sunday November 19, 2017 at the American Legion Post 400, #2 Gravois Rd, Fenton, MO 63026 from 12pm – 4pm

    I am so thankful for the wonderful life we had together. We were soul mates and I could not ask for a better kind of love. I miss you dearly.
