Richard Stephen Vogt, 53 of Germantown, IL, passed away August 12, 2026 after a short illness. He spent his life helping his community first as an EMT, then an RN, and finally as a family nurse practitioner. He was preceded in death by his parents Joseph and Brigitte Vogt. He is survived by his children Bryan, Ethan, and Allison Vogt, his siblings Ina Cousins (Patrick) and Annette Baker, and nieces Natasha Baker, Pandora and Cassandra Cousins and nephew Brent Baker, and many family and friends.

Memorial services will be held at a later date.
