Robert “Bob” Knowles, of St. Louis, passed away at home on December 11, 2016 with his loved ones by his side.

Bob was survived by his loving wife, “Pat” Patricia Ross and children, Kathleen (Richard) Motta and Robert (Kelli) Knowles, Jr. He was the proud grandfather of Stephanie, Katie, Logan, and Maci and great-grandfather of Isaac. He also leaves behind many dear nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Bob was preceded in death by his parents, William R. and Genevieve (nee Michalczuk) Knowles and his sister Barbara Caudill.

Bob retired from Alberici Construction. He was an avid fisherman and hunter who enjoyed spending time at his Mississippi River home in Portage des Sioux, Missouri. He was loved by many and will be missed by all.

A Celebration of Life will be held on December 22nd, 2016 from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm with a tribute at 6:00 pm at the Orchard Farm VFW Post 4219, 6030 North Hwy 94, St. Charles MO 63301.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Judevine Center for Autism (Judevine.org) or the the Orchard Farm VFW Post 4219.
