We are devastated by the loss of our dear cousin. We saw him almost everyday while shopping at Dierbergs. We will keep Bobby and his family in our thoughts and prayers.

I am shocked and saddened. I was a customer for years but felt more like a friend. My deepest sympathy to Sarah and your daughters.

As a cashier at Dierbergs, I would see Bob almost daily. He was definitely the “face” of the UPS store there; always friendly and very helpful. I was very shocked to hear of his passing. He will be greatly missed. My condolences to your family; you are in my thoughts and prayers.

I first met Bob when I bought a UPS Store. He was a great help in guiding me through my early struggles in learning the operation and later as a friend that I could talk to about anything business related or otherwise. There has not been a day that has gone by that I have not thought of him or Sarah. I will surely miss him but will always remember him with great fondness.

Dear Sarah-A day ago (Jan. 11) at your Crestwood store, I thought at first that I had misheard what your daughter had told me.
The tragic news was stunning. Please know that my and Karen’s warmest thoughts are with you and your family. If we can help you in any way do not hesitate to ask.
    Your friends,
    David and Karen Dapron
