Robert “Bobby” Floyd Klinger
Robert “Bobby” Floyd Klinger died in John Cochran Veterans Hospital on November 20, 2016 in St. Louis MO at the age of 69. Bobby is survived by his spouse, Carol Joanne, his daughter, Sonya Langley, grandchildren, Glenn Brown, Jon Brown, David Brown, Heather Swink and grandson-in-law Matthew Swink. He is also survived by his greatgrandchildren Zurri Brown, Anna Brown, Zyion Swink, Darian Swink, and Zayleen Swink of Oklahoma. Bobby is survived by his three step daughters, eleven step grandchildren, and eight step great grandchildren of St. Louis, Missouri. Bobby was born on October 24, 1947 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He graduated from Will Rogers High school in Tulsa, Oklahoma. After moving to St. Louis, Missouri, Bobby married Carol Joanne. Bobby was a proud veteran of the Vietnam War where he worked as a scout. He went on to be a self-employed businessman and pastor who was very involved with his church Have Bible, Will Travel.
Services: A memorial is scheduled for Monday, November 28 at 11:00 am at Have Bible Will Travel, 1745 Craig Rd, St. Louis, MO 63146. A potluck reception will follow at his grand daughter’s house 7700 Michigan Ave, St Louis MO. Pat Rakin, Bobby’s pastor, will officiate the ceremony.
