Bob (Jonesy) passed away on February 2, 2017, He was 84 years old. He is survived by his wife, Mary (Migneco) , his daughters, Deborah Perron (Steve) Donna Walters (Ed) a sister, Dorothy LeGrand (Larry) and his grandchildren Christopher Perron and Danielle Crawford (Gabe) and great grandson, Greyson.

Bob was born on October 4th, 1932 in South St. Louis. After graduating from St. Mary’s High School he enlisted for 3 years in the Marines Corps., an experience that left an enduring mark on him. Semper Fi! In 1954 Bob married Mary Migneco from “The Hill.” Together they raised their two daughters. Bob was a proud father, grandfather and great-grandfather. And loyal friend to many.

Bob worked his entire career at Grinnell on S. Kingshighway, He loved the Cardinals and the “Big Red”. In retirement he enjoyed watching classic movies, The Military Channel, and attending gatherings with former grade school classmates.

A short service will be held Friday, February 10th at 11:30 at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Bob’s name to the charity of your choice. Share condolences below.
