Robert E. Johnston, age 71, of Blackwell Missouri, left this life on November 22, 2024 at his home. He was born on Tuesday November 10th, 1953 in Fayette,  Alabama to Homer and Mary Johnston.

Robert was a loving husband to Bonnie K. (Pope) Johnston and was a proud father of his two children, Robert and Stephanie. 

Bob, as he was known, worked 30 years and retired from the Chrysler plant in Fenton. He was an avid chess player, loved hunting and fishing, and he spent most of his time searching and collecting coins. One of his many hobbies was watching his favorite sports teams play on TV. 

Robert was preceded in death by his parents, Homer and Mary Johnston, sister Donna (Johnston) Reeder and daughter Stephanie Johnston.

Those who are left to remember him are his loving wife Bonnie, his child Robert Jr. and wife Cathy Johnston, two grandchildren Steven and Ashley Johnston, one brother James Johnston and many nieces, nephews and friends.

As per his wishes, he wanted to be cremated and no services were planned.
