Ron was an amazing coworker and friend. Ron would always go out of his way to make people feel welcomed and appreciated. Ron could talk for hours to you about life. Ron loved going out on his boat and his fishing trips with his friends. Ron connected with people on so many levels. His personality lighted up the room. We lost a wonderful friend and he will be missed greatly. Heaven received an angel and I know his presence will always be felt here at New Balance. Miss and love you Ron <3

Ron was a solid piece to our puzzle here at New Balance. Would go out of his way to help and promoted TEAM every day he was here. Was a true gentlemen who I will miss his presence. Over the eight years I knew Ron we spoke so much about family, politics and whatever the topic of the day was. Every new person knew Ron within the first day because he would come up and introduce himself and always offer ways to do the job better to new hires or temps. Every night at 8:30p.m., right before we closed up for the night he would come into my office just to say goodnight and see how my day was, I miss that 8:30 end of day interaction with him! I want his family to know Ron was a very special person to New Balance and if there is a lake in heaven, Ron has a boat with his friends just having a great time catching glory trout and holy bass! You keep a spot open in that Boat Ron and I will join you someday for some fishing and the latest news/gossip.

I was first meet Ron at NB as a warehouse associate, several years later I became a customer care rep, at which greatly limited our interaction because we were in different departments.
However, I still have fond memories of Ron getting me to hang out with him on his boat while streaming down the river.
At one point, he convinced me to get out of the boat, with my life preserver jacket on, assuring me that it was fine and that nothing in the water was going to hurt me. To my surprise Ron whips out of the boat, a container of catfish nuggets for us to eat on our river adventures(smiling, never knew he had that container of catfish nuggets with him).
Yep, Ron, you will be truly missed, “river hound”!

Ron has been a part of my daily life for the last 10 years. I met him when I came to New Balance. I remember he was very welcoming and helpful. He was always there for me when I needed any help. I will miss our talks and most of all, I will miss his humor. Most of our relationship consisted of joking and giving each other trouble. I would run into him at the store and he would cough real loud to get my attention. Sometimes he would run his shopping cart into mine. I am going to miss that. I am going to miss the morning meetings, our lunchtime humor, and him coming over to my desk to chit chat. Ron was such a good person, treated everyone with respect. He will truly be missed by all who knew him. I know I am really missing my friend Ron!

Farewell Ron! ????. We will miss you so much. You were such a kind loving cousin. You were always ready to help with my mom, your aunt. You helped us move her two times and checked on mom during her declining years by calling and visiting weekly, taking her out to eat, kidding with her, watching tv with her, helping her use her tv remote and reminding her to take her medications. She looked forward to your visits and your jokes.
I shared many laughs and stories about life in our phone conversations and had several adventures and fun times with you when I visited mom. You have been such a blessing to so many people. May you Rest In Peace. I am so grateful for having know you! ????

I first met Ron when I was 18, at a high school graduation party. You don’t have a friendship span over 4 decades unless that person is special and a good person to be around. Our group of friends grew up together, literally and figuratively.

Ron was always himself, totally unique, and always there if he could help. Our poker games alone would provide a lifetime of stories, and I still think back fondly on our many fishing trips.

It’s a measure of the man that he had so many long time friendships, and so many of us are so saddened by his loss. He will be missed.

RONNIE WILL BE TRULY MISSED. HE WAS INVALUABLE TO MY MOM AS HE WOULD DRIVE FROM FENTON TO WARRENTON AT LEAST TWICE A MONTH TO VISIT WITH HER, DO CHORES IN THE HOUSE, WATCH TV WITH HER, AND TAKE HER FOR GROCERIES
MOM WAS PROUD TO BE HIS AUNT AND ALWAYS SPOKE HIGHLY OF HIM

Learning of Ron’s death came as a shock to me as I am certain it did to many of you. Our friendship goes back almost 40 years. He was like a younger brother to me. We shared a common love and interest in fishing, conservation and talking about a myriad of topics. He was often a guest in my home during holidays and Sunday barbeques. He finally managed to buy his own home only to be flooded out and just got to the end of his restoration of the house. He took friendships seriously and was always willing to lend a extra hand if he could. Our last conversation was about doing a fishing trip when I returned to St Louis in the spring. Sadly that won’t take place. However, I am left many good memories, fun stories and a sadness in my heart that he is no longer with us. Rest in peace my dear friend. My thoughts and prayers go out to his brothers and family.

Ron was a good friend of mine. His death was a shock. He could always make you smile. And if you didn’t have a smile on your face, he would put one on there. One thing I will miss is that every morning when he came in he had to give me a hug to start the day. He loved talking to people. I’ll always remember how he loved to go down to the Ozarks, go fishing using the apps on his new phone and have a beer. His laughter and comradery will greatly be missed. More than likely he will be resting in heaven. My sympathies go out to his brothers and the rest of Ron’s family.

The Ritchie family appreciated all the help Ron did for my mom, Mary Mills Taylor, his aunt, for the last ten years or more. He helped move her to Moline, IL to live by our family. It was good to see Ron again, I hadn’t seen him for ages and how Ron and my family had gotten along well when he came up. We would call him and share Bible truths. Its great to know what the Bible promises at Revelation 21:4, saying how death will be done away with and Acts 24:15, there will be a resurrection for mankind under perfect conditions. We send our love to his brothers and family.
