Samuel C. Maness, Jr.
Samuel C. Maness Jr., 59, of St. Louis, passed away October 9, 2016. He was born November 27, 1956, in St. Louis, to the late Jeanette (Kaiser) and Samuel Maness Sr.
Sam was a St. Louis Taxi driver for 30 years and was known by all as “Sam the Man”.
He is survived and lovingly remembered by his wife, Diania Maness, son, Sam Maness, stepdaughter, Danita (Keith) Kamper, stepson, Joe (Nikki) Klein, grandson, Christopher (Brittany) Kamper, granddaughter, Alexandria Kamper, great grandson, Austin Kamper, and two sisters, Jane (Tony) Miller and Edith (David) Clasen.
A Celebration of Life will be held Thursday, October 13, 2016, from 5pm to 9 pm at St Louis Cremation (2135 Chouteau Ave).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association.

Remembering all the times I have stayed in your home and always made to feel welcome.places Sam and Diania took me and whoever was with me out to eat.
